How I build an MVP in a week using this boilerplate

Building while working a 9 to 5 is tough

I work a 9 to 5 and I have chores to do when I get home. I don’t like my job, so I am going to build SaaSes, make money and quit my job.

If you are also building a side business while working a 9 to 5, I know how little time and energy you have after a long day at work.

So, everything you do needs to be efficient and effective.

I want to be efficient

Since my goal is to build a bunch of SaaS, it’s very time consuming to start every project from scratch.

And many projects share common features like payment, user authentications, database.

To save myself time and energy, I built a boilerplate using Django.

What does it do?

The frontend uses Tailwind and Kutty. It comes with a structured landing page.

If you struggle with design, this is a huge lifesaver! You don’t need to worry about UI/UX design which means you get happy customers! Happy customers = more referrals, more money!

For the backend, it uses Django. Django is easy to use, secure, modular. Because of its versatility, you can easily add features, remove features, do whatever you see fit. Let your imagination run amok, the sky is the limit!

It uses HTMX to simulate asynchronous feature. This means that there are less code to maintain. Not using javascript also allows the website to load faster. Loading just 2-3 seconds faster will make a world of difference to visitors’ experience.

It also has two modes of payment - one off payment and subscription, both of which are available. No matter what your offer is, I have got you covered!
